Our discussion will follow along these lines:
- Possible tour destinations. The group may consider a place not listed on this site.
- Parking lot to be used on tour day.
- Number of people interested in the tour.
Cost:
- Cost per person is based on bus, admissions, meals, tour time, travel distance, and number going.
- Per-person cost includes all expenses: bus, meals, admissions, arrangements, guides, and gratuities.
- Tour details will be stated in contract form.
Payment Policy:
- Non-refundable total payment due 31 days prior to event.* Otherwise tour is canceled.
- Payable by check made out to Landmark Tours Inc.
- Placed in escrow account until event conclusion.
*Tours with reservation pre-payments follow a different procedure. Hotel billing is permissible

Tour Operator and their respective employees, agents, representatives, and assigns accept no liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or any other incident which may be caused by the negligence, defect, default of any company or person in performing these services.
Responsibility is not accepted for losses, injury, damages or expenses of any kind due to sickness, weather, strikes, hostilities, wars, terrorists acts, acts of nature, local laws or other such causes. Tour Operator is not responsible for any baggage or personal effects of any individual participating in the tours/trips arranged by Tour Operator. Individual travelers are responsible for purchasing a travel insurance policy, if desired, that will cover some of the expense associated with the loss of luggage or personal effects.
